What are the requirements for my dog?

We don’t have a minimum age requirement, but all puppies must have completed all of their shots. Dogs must be licensed, have all vaccinations as well as be on a flea / tick program. We do prefer all clients be spayed/neutered but are willing to discuss. Dogs MUST have their collars with tags at ALL times.

When are walks?

We offer morning, midday and afternoon walks, Monday through Friday. We try our best to accommodate client schedules, but we do need to take our dog’s temperament and locations into consideration as well.

Who will be walking my dog

Wild Wolves is a two-person operation, and we try to keep our routines similar for the dogs, so either Mark or Afton will be your regular walker each and every day!

What if I need to change my schedule or have a special request?

We’re VERY responsive to all client requests, and clients should feel free to email, call or text with anything they may need.

Do you offer a pet taxi service?

Need your pup dropped off at a friend’s, or their vet’s office? No problem, we’ll make it work...within San Francisco at least!  

So is someone coming into my house each day?

Yes, we’ll need to have a copy of your key and come in to pick up and drop off your pup at approximately the same time each day. We’re happy to provide references!

We’ve helped dozens of pups transition from leash only pups to happy off-leash adventurers, and we’d love to work with your dog as well!

What if my dog hasn’t had off-leash experience

We walk rain or shine! Our walks are a little shorter in nasty weather to provide us with plenty of time to towel off and get warm. We try our best to clean dogs up as much as possible after messy walks, but they may come home a little dirty from time to time.

What happens when it rains?

How am I billed?

We invoice through Quickbooks on the 1st of each upcoming month, with payment due by the 15th. If you know your pup will need time off during the month, just let us know and we’ll leave it off your invoice! We accept cash, check or Venmo.
